CODE OF CONDUCT FOR CFIB MEMBERS |

- CFIB members should expand the scope of his activities & make some time for social welfare activities out of his schedule. He should keep a vigil on all type of events in his surrounding CFIB Head Quarter.
- He should arrive at a conclusion only after through/complaint. One sided/prejudiced investigation will weaken your stand. You must have sufficient & concrete evidences before putting it to any administrative & judicial authority. Do not get yourself involved in any kind of illegal activity which is bound to harm the prestige of nation, society & organization. Never misuse I-card of CFIB. Any such activities or attempt will attract penal/legal action from CFIB HQ.
- Strictly adhere to the Rules / regulation of CFIB and get the same adhered to by other members.
- Submit report of your activities to CFIB on monthly basis.
Transparency must be maintained between you & CFIB HQ.
- Never charge excess amount as fee from the member you are introducing. Always acknowledge the transaction with a fee receipt duly assigned by both documents.
- Submit all the relevant documents along with the application form at the time of filling up the form. Ensure mentioning the name of concerned branch or active member through which the person is going to become member. Character certificate or police verification report is mandatory, in the absence of which form will be rejected.
- Never use CFIB letter head, stamp or name plate without prior permission of HQ. Use of police colors is strictly prohibited. These users themselves will be responsible for the resultant repercussions. CFIB will not support those who will be found gently of working against the law of land.
- Authority/facilities will be delegated on the basis of progress report of a member in terms of his dedication/interest in the affairs of organization, his hard work, experience & sincerity. Only that member will be entitled for the respect and safe future in the organization.
- Every member of CFIB should have read all literature carefully & follow it. In case of any doubt he/ she may feel free to approach CFIB H.Q. for guidelines.
